What We Look For
To maintain the highest standard of tuition for our students, we ask that all applicants meet the following criteria before applying.
Academic Excellence
An A* at A-Level and Grade 8/9 at GCSE (or international equivalent) in every subject you wish to teach, alongside enrollment at or graduation from a leading university.
UK Curriculum Familiarity
In-depth knowledge of current UK exam board specifications (e.g. AQA, Edexcel, OCR) and assessment mark schemes for the specific levels you teach.
Teaching Experience
Demonstrated experience in 1-to-1 tutoring, academic mentoring, or classroom support, with a proven ability to help students build confidence and improve grades.
Clear Communication
The ability to break down complex concepts clearly and patiently, backed by strong punctuality and responsive communication with parents and students.
Online Teaching Setup
A stable high-speed internet connection, clear microphone and webcam, and a digital writing tablet/stylus to deliver interactive whiteboard lessons.
UK Eligibility & Payouts
The legal right to work as a self-employed individual in the UK and a valid UK bank account compatible with Stripe Connect payouts.
